• Mr. Lakshmi Niwas Bangur – Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Lakshmi Niwas Bangur is the Chairman of LNB (L N BANGUR) Group of Companies, which has interests in multifarious fields like Textiles, Paper, Power, Tea, etc. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce.

Mr. Bangur serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited. He is also on the Board of Directors of The Peria Karamalai Tea & Produce Company Limited, LNB Renewable Energy Limited, Mugneeram Ramcoowar Bangur Charitable & Religious Company, Apurva Export Pvt Ltd, The Marwar Textiles (Agency) Private Limited, Sidhidata Power Private Limited and Shree Krishna Agency Limited.

He is also an active committee member of Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

• Mrs. Alka Lakshmi Niwas Bangur -– Non Executive Director

Mrs. Alka Lakshmi Niwas Bangur holds Masters Degree in English, Hindi and Business Administration. She has over more than three decades of rich experience in the management and administration in various Industries. She holds directorship in The Peria Karamalai Tea & Produce Company Limited, Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited, Mugneeram Ramcoowar Bangur Charitable & Religious Company, The Marwar Textiles (Agency) Private Limited and Apurva Export Private Limited.

She has been conferred with various awards from time to time. She has been the past president of Calcutta Chamber of Commerce, the oldest chamber in Asia. As its president she took a delegation to Myanmar. She was also the president of the Chamber's Ladies Business Forum and took an all ladies delegation to U.A.E. Currently, she is a trustee of Calcutta Chamber of Commerce Foundation and a committee member of Bharat Chamber of Commerce.

• Mr. Amit Mehta – Non Executive Director

Mr. Amit Mehta is a qualified Chartered Accountant, M.Com besides being a member of various professional bodies like the Associate of Certified Treasury Managers (USA), Association of Corporate Advisers and Secretaries, Institute of Internal Auditors (USA). He is alumni of the Harvard Business School, Boston and St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

He has served on the Committee(s) of industry and professional bodies like FICCI, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, etc. in various capacities from time to time. He is a member of Angel networks and has been involved in investments into new venture and start ups.
